How does Ezezcall long distance work?
  With Ezezcall long distance, there are two ways to connect and begin making your long distance phone calls:
1. If you will use a softphone (+ headset).

You download the free Ezezcall softphone software from our website (www.ezezcall.com). Your computer will have to be turned on to make calls using the softphone. A set of headphones and microphone are necessary. Right after your free Ezezcall softphone is installed, you can begin talking to friends and families from around the world to their landline or mobile.

2. If you will use a Ezezcall telephone adapter (ATA).

You connect a regular analog telephone to the Ezezcall telephone adapter device (ATA). The telephone adapter (ATA) will be connected as well to your DSL modem provided by your internet service provider . Follow the easy instructions to configure the Ezezcall telephone adapter. Within minutes, you can pick up the phone, and use it just like a regular phone to make your IDD calls. The main difference between the telephone adapter device (ATA) and the softphone is that your computer do not have to be turned on in order to make a call. This is ideal for people that are not familiar with a computer.


When placing a call by using either the telephone adapter (ATA) or the free softphone, your voice is converted into data and sends it through the Internet. Ezezcall’s network sends the calls to the dialed destination and converts the data back into voice. When the person you are calling (on their landline or mobile number) picks up the phone, you can begin carrying a conversation just the same as you would with your regular phone service. How do I get and use the ezezcall softphone?
  To use ezezcall's softphone dialer, you must be a member with an active or test account. If you are not a member and wish to get a free trial, call us at (02)633-9896 .

Here are the 7 easy step to download and install the Ezezcall's softphone dialer from our website’s main page (www.ezezcall.com).

1) Make sure you have the minimum requirements for the ezezcall softphone. (see in FAQ).
2) Go to our main page (www.ezezcall.com) and download the ezezcall softphone (Free).
3) Install the ezezcall's softphone dialer application on your computer and open it after.
4) Enter your 8-digit User ID and Password provided by ezezcall customer service.
5) If you want your UserID and Password stored for future use, select the Save Password checkbox.
6) Click the 'Login' button.
7) Start dialing (be sure you have a balance available)

Do I need an Internet connection?
  Yes, because basically our service is running on VOIP technology that uses the Internet connection to transfer data into voice.
The minimum Internet requirements are:
· DSL Internet TCP/IP connection.
· DSL Modem Speed of 33.6 Kbps (64 Kbps or higher recommended).

What are the system requirements for Ezezcall softphone?
  The minimum requirements for using ezezcall's softphone or telephone adapter (ATA) are:

Pentium 266 MHz PC* or higher (400 MHz recommended).
Minimum of 32MB of RAM (64MB recommended).
Windows NT4/2000/2000Server/2003/XP.
Windows-compatible full duplex sound card.
Microphone and speakers, or head/handset.
DSL Internet TCP/IP connection.
DSL Modem Speed of 33.6 Kbps (64 Kbps or higher recommended).

How can I make a payment to reload or activate my account?

* Note that for check payment the customer will have to wait for 3days in order to have the check cleared by the bank. Then your account will be reloaded / activated.

Will my account balance expire? How long before it expires?
  All accounts expire 90 days after last reload date. For new accounts, the account balance expires 90 days after initial service activation. Because we know that you might not use up all your prepaid minutes, all accounts will carry forward the remaining balance, if you reload before the 90 days expiry period.

How can I know the remaining balance in my account?
  To find out the remaining balance in your account, you can either call us at (02)633-9896 or you can log into the online Ezezcall billing site (www.ezezcall.com).

What will happen if my remaining balance is running out while I am on the phone?
  The moment your account remaining balance is running out, you will automatically get your call disconnected.

Can get incoming calls?
  No, Ezezcall provides only overseas outgoing calls (IDD service).

How long does it take until I receive my account reload?
  Upon request, amount reloaded should be provisioned 24 to 72 hours after your payment.

How will I know my account has been reloaded?
  You can check your balance by logging into your billing account at (www.ezezcall.com). Your balance will be indicated on the top-right side of the screen.

If you are using an ezezcall softphone. You can also check your account balance by logging into the softphone. Your balance will be indicated on your ezezcall softphone screen (lower left).

How can I check my Call Records?
  With ezezcall you can always view online records of your calls. To access your call records directly through the Subscriber Login on our website’s main page (www.ezezcall.com). Then choose 'Call Records' by clicking the menu option list.

Please note that you can view the records of your calls up to three months back.

Will Ezezcall be carrying over the remaining balance on my account to the next reload?
  Yes. We carry over your remaining balance to a maximum of $5.00, this will be added to your new reload. Note that the reload has to be done before the expiration date of your account.

How can I change my calling plan?
  You can change your calling plan by calling our hotline at (02)633-9896. Please note that any modification made to your calling plan will be effective from your next reload. This means that if you change your calling plan within the monthly cycle, the new calling plan you have chosen will be your pending plan. At your monthly cycle billing date or reload, the pending plan you have chosen will become your active calling plan. Ezezcall makes it easy for you to modify the plan so it fits your needs.
